Full chemical suite
Fe, SiO₂, Al₂O₃, P, S, TiO₂, Mn, CaO, MgO, LOI and alkalis reported on every parcel, dry basis, with the moisture determination alongside.
The grades below are the products we trade day to day.
Intermediate and bespoke blends are available against firm enquiry — tell us the parameters your plant actually needs and we will tell you which origin can hold them.
Thermal coal for power, cement and sponge iron, and coking grades for integrated steel.
We load from Kalimantan and South Sumatra in Indonesia, from Richards Bay in South Africa, and from Newcastle and Gladstone in Australia. Parcels run from containerised lots up to full Panamax and Capesize stems.
Blending to an agreed calorific value is available at our stockpiles at origin, with the blend sampled and certified before loading.
| Grade | What it is and who buys it |
|---|---|
| Low calorific thermal | High-moisture Indonesian sub-bituminous coal, for mine-mouth and coastal power plants designed around it. |
| Mid calorific thermal | The workhorse Indonesian grades. Blended at origin to the calorific value your boiler is tuned for. |
| High calorific thermal | Lower-moisture South African and Australian coal, where freight per useful calorie decides the economics. |
| Washed low-ash thermal | Beneficiated coal for cement kilns and sponge iron plants that cannot tolerate a high ash burden. |
| Product | What it is and who buys it |
|---|---|
| Hard coking coal | Premium low-volatile Australian coal for blast furnace coke batteries, selected on coke strength after reaction. |
| Semi-soft coking coal | A blending coal for coke ovens where the full premium grade is not needed or not affordable. |
| PCI / injection coal | Pulverised coal injected at the tuyères to bring down the blast furnace coke rate. |
| Metallurgical coke | Nut and breeze fractions for foundries, ferroalloy smelters and sponge iron producers. |
| Anthracite | High fixed-carbon coal for sintering, carbon raising and briquetting. |
Governing parameters, bonus and penalty scales and rejection limits are set out in each sale contract. Send us the analysis your plant requires and we will confirm in writing what the origin can hold.
Fines, lumps, concentrate and pellets for blast furnace and direct reduction routes.
Sourced from Australia, Brazil and South Africa, with cargoes moving on Supramax, Panamax and Capesize tonnage into East and South Asia. Moisture is a contract parameter, not an afterthought — we certify transportable moisture limit before every bulk loading.
Where a mill needs a consistent sinter feed rather than a single mine's output, we blend at origin or at a transshipment stockpile and certify the blended analysis.
| Product | What it is and who buys it |
|---|---|
| Fines | Sinter feed from Australian, South African and Brazilian mines, supplied against an agreed chemical envelope. |
| Lump | Direct-charge ore for blast furnaces and sponge iron kilns, screened and certified at origin. |
| Concentrate | Beneficiated high-grade material for pelletising plants and direct reduction feed. |
| Blast furnace pellets | Fired pellets for the burden, selected on compression strength and reducibility. |
| DR-grade pellets | Low-gangue pellets for direct reduction and hot briquetted iron production. |
Fe, SiO₂, Al₂O₃, P, S, TiO₂, Mn, CaO, MgO, LOI and alkalis reported on every parcel, dry basis, with the moisture determination alongside.
Screen analysis, bulk density, tumble and abrasion indices, decrepitation and reducibility available where the contract calls for them.
TML and flow-moisture point certified against the IMSBC Code before loading, with the declaration issued to the master.

Ferrous charge for electric arc and induction furnaces, graded to ISRI definitions.
We buy from yards and shredders in Europe, the United Kingdom, the Gulf and West Africa, and deliver into Turkey, Pakistan, Bangladesh and South East Asia. Container parcels ship in sealed boxes; bulk parcels load on Handysize and Supramax tonnage.
Every container is radiation-screened at origin and photographed before sealing. Sealed-container numbers and the radiation certificate form part of the document set.
| Grade | What it is and who buys it |
|---|---|
| HMS 1 & 2 | Heavy melting steel in the standard blended ratios — the staple charge for electric arc and induction furnaces. |
| Shredded scrap | Fragmentised, free-flowing material with consistent density and quick, predictable melt behaviour. |
| Busheling | Clean factory-prompt sheet steel offcuts, low in residuals, for mills controlling tramp elements. |
| Bonus, plate & structural | Heavy plate and section offcuts for furnaces that need a dense, high-yield charge. |
| Pig iron | Basic and nodular ingot for dilution, carbon control and foundry work. |
| Cast iron scrap | Engine blocks, machinery castings and similar heavy castings for foundry remelt. |
Portal and hand-held monitoring at the yard and again at the port, with a non-radioactive certificate issued per container or per parcel.
No sealed vessels, no explosive ordnance, no radioactive material, no asbestos, and free of excessive non-ferrous attachments, dirt and oil.
Loading photographs, seal numbers and tare weights recorded for every box, so a short-landed or substituted container is immediately provable.
Grades follow the ISRI Scrap Specifications Circular definitions as amended by contract. Tell us the charge mix your furnace runs and we will confirm what the yards can supply.
The same framework applies across all three desks. Anything unusual is agreed in writing before the contract is signed, not discovered at discharge.
Tell us the parameters, the tonnage and the discharge port. You will have a dated indication from the relevant desk within one business day.
